The opportunity
AI is already in your dealership. The standard isn't.
Ontario RV dealers are being asked to do more with the same team. Margins are tighter, selling seasons are shorter, and staff are already experimenting with AI informally - without any shared standard for what to use, how to use it, or where the lines are.
That gap is where risk lives: content that goes out without review, customer communication built on unverified answers, and time savings that disappear because there's no repeatable process behind them. This program closes that gap with a shared foundation across every ORVDA member dealership.

Level 1: AI Foundations
Level 1 is where participants go from curious to capable. Six sessions cover the most important ground first: what AI actually is, a reliable prompting method through the RIPE framework, and practical daily workflows that go well beyond email drafting. Participants work in their own AI accounts during every session, and the human-in-the-loop standard - AI drafts, humans decide - is introduced in Week 1 and reinforced in every debrief that follows.

Level 2: AI Advanced
Level 2 is built for mixed-role cohorts - the same sales staff, service advisors, admin, and BDC reps who completed Level 1 together. The six sessions advance those skills: from single prompts to chained workflows, from general data awareness to practical protection habits, from AEO awareness to a hands-on GEO audit, and from using AI tools to building one. The final session is the capstone - every participant leaves with a custom AI tool they built themselves.
Level 2 requires completion of Level 1

Questions
Before you register
- Which AI tool do I need?
- A PAID subscription of Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini is preferred. The program is tool-agnostic and the skills transfer across all of them.
- Do I need any technical background?
- No. The program assumes no technical background. Every session is built around how dealerships actually work, and participants use their own AI accounts on real job tasks from week one.
- Can I register for Level 2 on its own?
- Level 2 assumes participants are already working with AI regularly and picks up where Level 1 leaves off, so Level 1 completion is required.
- What if I miss a session?
- Every session is recorded and shared with participants, so you can catch up before the next week.
- Can we send several people from one dealership?
- Yes. Three Monday time slots run concurrently each week specifically so dealerships can spread staff across cohorts without pulling everyone off the floor at once. Register each person separately, participants logging in as groups (ex. from a boardroom) will be removed from the session if not on the cohort list.
